Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a money-back guarantee on all eligible products purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours / 2 working days (working days excludes weekends and public holidays) from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1) The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) The product must be in its original packaging.
3) You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The return must be within 2 working days from the date of delivery and shipped back to us at your own cost.
Non-Refundable Items:
Personalised or customised product formed, branded, or cut to size are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
1) Contact team at info@classique-plastics.com / (06) 843 2299 to request a return authorisation.
2) Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us (at your own cost) to:

3) Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
4) If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
