Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Classique Plastics Limited. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of your orders placed through our website. 

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours / two (2) business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the product/s ordered and the delivery destination (North & South Island rates) selected during checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions: 

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product that may violate shipping laws or regulations. 

Provided product has not already been dispatched, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
